We begin each meeting with a one hour social gathering with beverages and hors d’oeuvres where you rub elbows with others who share your love of this industry – investors, private lenders, contractors, interior designers, architects, attorneys, realtors – all the players whose experience and knowledge will help you be more clever than the next person, and more successful. Bring plenty of business cards.

Education -The Deal of the Month
In a short segment we call “The Deal of the Month,” Club members take turns recounting eye opening case histories. It’s a great way for members in the audience to learn something new, and for the presenter to audition his or her smarts in front of the “scouts” (private lenders) in the audience.
Education – The Experts Forum
Next you gain exposure to the knowledge and experience of a leading expert or panel in some facet of the industry – finding properties, negotiating the best price, financing the purchase, rehab strategies, and finding the most profitable exit strategy. You will learn about ways of doing things that your competitors out there do not know. That is how you win.

Our meeting ends with a free flowing mingle where you chat with others about the evening’s content, discuss opportunities, and make friends. You can stay as long as you want until they turn the lights out on us.
